Audrey Hirsch Bedolis has been practicing law since 1993. For more than twenty-five years, Audrey has represented business owners including the following:

 

  • Commercial factors
  • Professional depositors
  • Members of the fine arts industry
  • Members of the furniture and décor industries
  • Members of the food and beverage industries.

Audrey has significant experience

  • Drafting and negotiating commercial leases and consulting agreements
  • Litigating business disputes
  • Litigating coop and condo disputes
  • Enforcing the contractual and statutory rights of creditors
  • Enforcing judgments, including prosecuting fraudulent conveyance actions.

Audrey began her career in Cambridge, Massachusetts representing victims of sexual abuse and exploitation by psychotherapists nationally at a boutique plaintiff’s firm. Audrey moved to Manhattan in 1996, and worked as associate and then partner in the litigation and business law departments of three premiere Manhattan law firms. Audrey also maintains her own practice representing victims of sexual abuse and exploitation by psychotherapists.
