Ethan D. Ganc

Principal
Ethan Ganc has a passion for helping others overcome problems, and this drew him to the practice of law. For more than 20 years, he has provided legal counsel that enables entrepreneurs and C-suite executives to build and maintain healthy businesses.
Ethan began his practice working at one of New York City’s most respected boutique corporate bankruptcy and restructuring firms. It was through this experience that Ethan learned to identify the causes of business distress and work with his clients to address the issues facing their businesses. That ability now enables him to spot issues before they become problems and guide his clients toward healthier business operations.
During his career, Ethan has worked with a variety of businesses, including

Ethan has experience representing these businesses and their owners on a range of matters, including

  • Drafting and negotiating commercial lease agreements, vendor contracts, consulting agreements, and non-disclosure agreements, among others
  • Protecting the rights of creditors, including commercial lenders, in all types of bankruptcy proceedings
  • Representing corporate and individual debtors in all aspects of bankruptcy proceedings under Chapters 11, 7, and 13 of the bankruptcy code
  • Providing counsel and representation to business owners and individuals about out-of-court alternatives to bankruptcy and asset protection
  • Prosecuting and defending preference and fraudulent transfer litigation in bankruptcy court

Audrey H. Bedolis

Audrey Hirsch Bedolis has been practicing law since 1993. For more than 25 years, Audrey has represented business owners, including the following:

Audrey began her career in Cambridge, MA, representing victims of sexual abuse and exploitation by psychotherapists nationally at a boutique plaintiff’s firm. Audrey moved to Manhattan in 1996 and worked as an associate and then partner in the litigation and business law departments of three premiere Manhattan law firms. Audrey also maintains her own practice representing victims of sexual abuse and exploitation by psychotherapists.
